Park Street’s export solutions enable suppliers to access markets beyond the U.S. and E.U. For example, non-U.S. suppliers are able to utilize free trade zones at select U.S. ports to service regional and sub-regional markets (e.g., Mexico, Caribbean, Central America, South America).
European Union
Park Street provides suppliers a turn-key solution to access the European Union (E.U.) through its E.U. Services Program. The E.U. markets are supported via Park Street’s Navigator platform, which enables suppliers to manage their E.U. activities with the same tools and transparency available for the U.S. market. The E.U. business is staged out of Park Street’s warehouse in Rotterdam, Netherlands and is serviced by Park Street’s team of trained Account Managers, Compliance Specialists, Logistics Managers, and Accounting Staff. As a result, suppliers are able to sell into E.U. member countries quickly and without having to make significant upfront investments in infrastructure, regulatory compliance, logistics, IT systems, and more.
National Importing
Park Street’s National Importing is a cost-effective, turn-key solution to bring alcoholic beverages into the U.S. in compliance with all federal alcoholic beverage control laws and tax requirements. Park Street manages all of the complex details from the point the product is picked up at the producer until it is delivered to one of Park Street’s U.S. warehouses or other approved location.

Park Streets 3PL warehouse partners perform inspections, ensure product standards, identify damaged goods early, and prevent them from reaching the customer by informing the supplier before processing of any orders. Regarding bottling and co-packing, Park Street nor the warehouse offer these services.
Can you help optimize production scheduling, warehousing, and inventory management?
Suppliers and their partners manage production optimization, while Park Streets 3PL warehousing and inventory are adjusted based on supplier needs. Park Street ensures inventory reports are synchronized with the warehouse and effectively managed.
How do you integrate operations with distributors and retailers?
Park Street works closely with distributors and retailers by integrating all orders within Navigator’s sales and inventory reports.
What systems or software do you use to streamline operations?
Park Street’s key component is its custom-built Navigator software, featuring extensive reporting and modules that streamline sales, accounting, and inventory management.
Can you support seasonal production runs or limited edition releases?
Seasonal production runs are up to the supplier’s discretion. All new SKUs can be created within Navigator and will be integrated into all reports.
How do you manage returns, spoilage, or damaged inventory in operations?
Returns from retailers can be picked up by the warehouse for an additional cost. Park Streets 3PL warehouses report spoilage, damaged inventory, and provide destruction services for damaged goods at an additional cost based on quotation.
How do you scale operations for multi-state or national distribution?
Park Street does not scale or develop the brand with the distributors. Suppliers build their own relationships with their customers.
Can you manage operations across multiple facilities or contract manufacturers?
No, Park Street works with best in class 3PL warehousing on both the West coast and East coast to oversee operations.

No, if the supplier wants to promote the brand for this recognition, they must be certified with the correct federal departments.
How do you mitigate risks in operations such as production downtime or supply shortages?
Park Street does not assist with production sustainability, however, our real-time reporting can assist the supplier with production planning and supply chain management.
Can you support innovation projects (e.g. new SKUs, packaging changes) from an operations standpoint?
Yes, Park Street software has the capabilities to set up new SKUs and provide reports for accuracy for each individual SKU and brand. Packaging changes can be done at the warehouses based on warehouse rates.
How do you collaborate with compliance and accounting teams in operations execution?
These are separate departments and handle specific tasks. The accounting team provide the accounts full monthly closings and documents. Meanwhile our compliance team handle federal and state compliance such as state-specific licensing requirements, permits, and state reporting.
If my operations are outsourced, how do you manage oversight, vendor management, and coordination?
Park Street can oversee orders outside of our 3PL warehouses by obtaining direct communication with the carriers for BOL and proof of delivery. Based on this information, Park Street is then able to keep track of inventory, sales and accurately invoice customers.
