Breakthru Beverage Acquires Glazer’s 50% of Alliance Beverage

Breakthru Beverage Group has acquired Glazer’s 50% interest in Alliance Beverage Distributing Company.  Breakthru will also fully own the operation in Arizona and the deal will turn the company into Breakthru Beverage Arizona in the state by the 1^st of July.  As part of the deal, Glazer’s received Breakthru’s ownership of Alliance Beverage of Alabama and Alliance Beverage of Mississippi.  The second tier of the industry is no stranger to these kind of deals, as they have become the norm for achieving strategic growth in the market.
