Miami, FL — Park Street Companies announced today that Emily Pennington, the head of Park Street University, will be speaking at the American Craft Spirits Association Convention taking place on August 11-12. Pennington will be presenting a webinar on the state of the union for consumer trends in 2020.

The presentation, titled “Changing Consumer Trends & How Alcohol Companies Are Adapting to Meet Them,” will take place on August 11th, from 2:10pm – 2:40pm and will cover everything from how consumers are buying to what consumers are buying, as well as predictions for future trends.
